MoonPhrazes - July 23, 2022

  At Long Last...   My 15-year-old CPU (computer) went on the fritz last weekend and spent the week in the shop. So even though the new MoonPhaze website went live on Monday or Tuesday, I could not make an announcement. That's one draw-back of having your computer remember all your passwords for you. I am announcing now that the new website is live. You can look it over at MoonPhazeBooks.com . You should be able to buy and download any of the 4 sf novels by John Lars Shoberg that I've got listed. This site sells only ebooks. Also, I have just re-published these same 4 books on Smashwords.com. On Smashwords, John's first book, The Stone Builders , can be downloaded for free. Yes, FREE ! That price may take as long as a week to work its way to your local bookstore, but it will get there. I see the light! Or, I think I see the light at the end of this long tunnel that has been this big project. I am nearing the end of formatting all of John Lars Shoberg's books. Now just a few hyperlinks to get set and our new website will go live ! {Maniacal laughter.} But first, a question. How much do you care if the Chapter Headings are NOT centered? I have this one stubborn book that has its own way of interpreting my formatting efforts, and it has decided that when I say Chapter Headings should be centered, I obviously MUST mean they should be sitting on the left margin. (Except Chapter 36, which is happy to sit in the middle of the page, just like I told it.) I mean, it will look strange, I know that. But does it really matter in the scheme of things? If you opened this ebook and saw that everything I designated as a 'Chapter Heading' was sitting on the left side of the page, would you turn away in disgust?
